Order Cancellation Before Shipment   
 

• You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it or before it has been shipped, whichever occurs first.  
• To submit a cancellation request, please contact our customer support team through email.  
• If your order qualifies for cancellation, a full refund will be issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.   
   

Orders Already Shipped  

Once an order has been shipped, it can no longer be cancelled. However, after receiving the product, you may request a return in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy.  

Order Modification  

We currently do not allow changes to products or delivery addresses once an order has been placed. If the order is eligible for cancellation, you may cancel it and place a new order with the required details.
